Instruction for Presenters

Full paper during MIE2021

A 10-minute pre-recorded video presentation (in MP4 format) is required. Live presentation is not recommended and has to be approved by the organizing committee.

Please upload your presentation (PPT+Audio = .MP4 file) to our virtual meeting platform before 15th May. You may add your webcam to the presentation recording, but it is not mandatory. NB: Your video file will not be double-checked and/or edited.

Discussion
Moderators will accommodate approx. 15 min live discussion at the end of the session. The audience will be invited to ask questions in writing, which will be read to you by the moderator. Please make sure to connect to your session at the very beginning. If you are not available for discussion, please inform Congress Management ASAP.

Please understand that MIE2021 has a full program and smooth running requires strict time management. The session chair will keep time strictly.

Posters at MIE2021

Posters will be implemented on the virtual congress platform in a dedicated poster area as PDF files. Following items will be included:
- Mandatory: Poster in landscape format (A4) as PDF file
- Slide show (4 slides max.) with audio comments as link on YouTube or Vimeo
- Thumbnail (as preview of your poster): 345 x 335 pixels

Please submit your poster (and additional files) before 15th May. NB: Your file will not be double-checked and/or edited.

Discussion
Questions about your poster can be asked in writing. Please make sure to check your poster and answer incoming comments/questions within 24 hours ideally. (No notification will be sent.)

Panels, Workshops, Demonstrations, Tutorials during MIE2021

Panels, workshops, demonstrations, tutorials will be hosted on the virtual congress platform as live events. Pre-recording is not required for these sessions.
